| Return Policy:
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number printed clearly on the box. To obtain an RMA number, email sales@flyingthingz.com. Products returned without RMA numbers will be rejected. Retuned products must be in new and unused conditions. All originally packaged contents should be returned. Any missing items will result in partial refunds based upon our listed price for the missing part. We will contact the customer if a missing part is discovered in an effort to obtain the missing part. If the part can not be obtain, a partial refund will be issued for the actual parts returned. A 10% restocking fee will be incurred on all returned merchandise. Items must be returned within 90 days, starting from the day your item is received.. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items returned should have a tracking number and should be insured. FlyingThingZ, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damage merchandise that is returned without insurance or tracking verification number. |

Policies and Procedures:
All international orders will be honored that are currently accepted by our merchant account (PayPal). If your country is not listed during checkout, we can not accept payment from that particular country as our merchant account does not processes these transactions. Extra shipping charges will apply to all orders based on the location the item will be shipped to. After the purchase has been made on our website, a quote with the additional shipping charges will be submitted. If the quote is accepted and payment is made, the item will ship within the next 48 hours. If you refuse to pay the additional shipping charges, please notify us at sales@flyingthingz.com. A full refund will be issued for the rejected product. All international order are shipped via the United States Postal Service's Global Express Mail (EMS). Items shipped with this service are insured and on average take approximately 3 - 5 business days to arrive after the time is shipped. The United States Post Office requires that claims for undelivered or lost products be investigated after 30 days from the ship date. FlyingThingZ, Inc. will work with the postal service to obtain your product. In the even that the product is not found a new one will be shipped our at our expense as the ongoing claim for the lost product is processed. |
