Usage Policy:

AN RC AIRCRAFT IS NOT A TOY! IF MISUSED, IT CAN CAUSE SERIOUS BODILY HARM AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY. FLY ONLY IN OPEN AREAS, PREFERABLY AT AMA (www.modelaviation.com) APPROVED SITES. FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED WITH YOUR RADIO AND ENGINE.

You must assemble the model according to the instructions. Do not alter or modify the model, as doing so may result in an unsafe or unstable aircraft. In a few cases the instructions may differ slightly from the images provided. In these cases, the written instructions should take precedence.

Take your time to build straight, true and strong.

You must use an R/C radio system that is specifically designed for aircraft frequencies, properly tuned and in first class working condition. The correctly sized engine displacements and miscellaneous components should be used throughout the building process as specified in the manual.

Check the operation of your model before each flight and insure that all equipment is fully operational and all hardware is secure. Be sure to check all linkage connections and parts that may become dislodged during flight.

This kit is not intended as a trainer. If you are not an experienced pilot, you should fly the model only with the help and supervision of a competent, experienced R/C pilot.

Return Policy:

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number printed clearly on the box. To obtain an RMA number, email sales@flyingthingz.com. Products returned without RMA numbers will be rejected.

Retuned products must be in new and unused conditions. All originally packaged contents should be returned. Any missing items will result in partial refunds based upon our listed price for the missing part. We will contact the customer if a missing part is discovered in an effort to obtain the missing part. If the part can not be obtain, a partial refund will be issued for the actual parts returned.

A 10% restocking fee will be incurred on all returned merchandise.

Items must be returned within 90 days, starting from the day your item is received..

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items returned should have a tracking number and should be insured. FlyingThingZ, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damage merchandise that is returned without insurance or tracking verification number.

International Policies and Procedures:

All international orders will be honored that are currently accepted by our merchant account (PayPal). If your country is not listed during checkout, we can not accept payment from that particular country as our merchant account does not processes these transactions.

Extra shipping charges will apply to all orders based on the location the item will be shipped to. After the purchase has been made on our website, a quote with the additional shipping charges will be submitted. If the quote is accepted and payment is made, the item will ship within the next 48 hours. If you refuse to pay the additional shipping charges, please notify us at sales@flyingthingz.com. A full refund will be issued for the rejected product.

All international order are shipped via the United States Postal Service's Global Express Mail (EMS). Items shipped with this service are insured and on average take approximately 3 - 5 business days to arrive after the time is shipped.

The United States Post Office requires that claims for undelivered or lost products be investigated after 30 days from the ship date. FlyingThingZ, Inc. will work with the postal service to obtain your product. In the even that the product is not found a new one will be shipped our at our expense as the ongoing claim for the lost product is processed.

Web Usage Policy:

All images, videos and documents on our website may be downloaded and use for personal reasons. All items used from our website should be kept in their original unedited format.

If you wish to use any of our website items on your site, please contact sales@flyingthingz.com for details. Please download any video or image files and host them on your own website. Domains that are found to be accessing our files directly will be added to our blocked domain list.
