Can I purchase an item using a wire transfer or bank to bank transfer?

At this time we are unable to process purchases using this method. Please use one of the other alternatives such as PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Order or check.

My country (country name) is not listed when I try to purchase an item. What can I do?

Unfortunately, our merchant account only accepts payments from the listed countries. There is nothing we can do to accept payment via credit cards if our merchant can’t processes the payment. We would be more than happy to accept checks or money orders drawn in US funds.

I don’t have a credit card, but I want to purchase one of your kits, do you accept checks or money orders?

Absolutely. Contact us at sales@flyingthingz.com so that we can give you a total including the shipping charges for your item. Please note, that checks must clear before your item ships out.

How much longer before (upcoming kit) is available?

We go through a lengthy process with our products before we make them available to the general public. We make sure that the model has been designed so it’s easy to assembly and fly. We test many different versions of a model before finalizing the one that will be put on the market. All these factors play a role in how long it will take us to bring a kit to the market. We will never disregard quality to make a kit available sooner.

Are they hard to build?

Each kit includes a fully illustrated manual that will take you through every step of the way. All our manuals are available online and you can see if the building process exceeds your capabilities. http://www.flyingthingz.com/downloads

Are they hard to fly?

Depends. If you have never flown before, then yes, it will be extremely hard to fly. Pilots capable of flying pattern planes should have no problems flying one of our products. Despite what it looks like, they handle like most everything else out there.

Do your kits come complete with motor and controller?

No. In this industry, the motor, controllers, batteries and accessories are all sold separately. Typically only trainers come in combo packages that include everything. This allows the most flexibility in building your kit as you can get accessories you’re used to using, or recommended from local clubs, etc.
